十月一日去方包石食方包
（出發日期０３年１０月１日，Charles, Kenneth, Samson & Kammy 四位領隊）自從看見Vicma特區內年前的專題報導”青山腹地詭異迷縱”，被這奇異環境深深吸引．此行程較長，山路錯綜複雜，需要專人帶隊才有機會一去．終於等到旅行家的小組活動舉辦”十月一日去方包石食方包”，自然第一時間用腳支持．

我們約有４５人，上午９：３０在良景村出發，下午６：００到達龍鼓灘A52巴士站．沿途經過"月牙谷"，"青松紅壑"，"方包石"，"皇帝巖"．在"方包石"午餐．天氣炎熱，微風，全程需要２公升以上的水．

皇帝巖

植物篇

沿途看見了主要是灌木，草本，攀緣植物，以羊角扭，金鋼藤，無根藤最多．每到河谷地段都可以見到豬籠草．其他還有崗松，崗棯，毛棯，亮葉雞血藤，土伏苓，老鼠耳，野漆樹．在青松紅壑的青松是愛氏松還是山松，暫時未能分辨，連松樹的適應力，在該地也長不高大，泥土真的是相當貧瘠．也會見到油甘子及降真香，但在遍佈羊角扭的地方，還是不採摘較安全．
